Sam Lee, Consulting CFO-Controller
Sam Lee is a Finance and Accounting Professional with more than 25 years experience contributing to organizations ranging from venture-funded start-ups to large, public international companies. He has served as Controller, Director of Finance and Administration, Business Manager, and CFO in a variety of industries, including law, engineering, mass communications, environmental services, construction, real estate, Internet technology, non-profits, and government/defense contractors. Sam is also a Licensed Business Broker (BRE # 01371273) with the San Francisco /Alameda offices of Sunbelt Business Brokers, the largest organization of Business Intermediary with approximately 250 offices worldwide.
As a Consulting CFO, Sam is focused on helping small and mid-sized companies achieve their goals through effective financial planning, sound business strategy and informed, measurable decisions. Sam uses his business background and experience teaching finance and accounting to help business owners and their employees understand the relationship between the various business components and the financial health of the company.
Sam is a “hands-on” manager, and is dedicated to helping business owners do more than just achieve their earnings objectives. His goal is to empower business owners to make better financial decisions, and to identify and leverage all the opportunities available to them.

Sam holds an MBA, International Finance and a BS, Finance from Saint John’s University in New York. He has completed all educational requirements for the CPA exam, and is a member of The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). His CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is in progress.
